We manufacture in a comprehensive way and on demand for our industry customers according to the required quality features and specifications.
From 2009 on and due to the market demand, Cays created a new production line dedicated to the industrial sector. We entered the world known as of "integrated providers", i.e., we produce on demand for our industrial customers with the specific characteristics and features required by them.
As manufacturers of our own products, we count on in our facilities with machinery and production lines, which allow us to adapt to the products and qualities demanded by our industrial customers.
We have a R&D&I team able to translate the needs into the right products for our customers
Many of these parts are manufactured in our production line, through shearing, folding, drilling, welding in our automatic robot, off-centre and hydraulic presses of different sizes with automatic feeders to which we can attach useful and different devices, automatic lathes, fusion and spot welding, polishing robot, manual, semiautomatic and vibratory polishers, press brake machines, shearing machines, rolling mills (profiling machines), riveters . The main finishes required by this industrial sector are the following: Standard zinc coating (galvanisation with zinc), special zinc coating with high resistance to salt spray corrosion, electrostatic nickel-plating and lacquering with powder coating cured in oven at high temperatures.
In our interest for }R&D&I, we have a design team prepared to translate the requirements into suitable products for our customers. We have a highly qualified staff, integrated in our R&D&I, for the design of tools and improvements in the manufacturing processes of any piece, and we also work on product improvements and pass them on to our customers as "integrated providers".
